Donation in honor of James B. Kelly

James Burton Kelly was the true embodiment of what it means to be an Aggie. His generosity and selflessness was displayed in every one of his actions. He constantly devoted himself to A&M and contributed to the STEM program. James has and forever will be a fightin Texas Aggie.

Mr. Kelly annually gave the gift of camp to academically talented children who were unable to attend camp because of financial reasons. Your donation will be used to continue his legacy and his tradition of giving back to the community while supporting his beloved institution Texas A&M University. Thank you notes will be sent to all donors acknowledging their gift and the Kelly family will receive a note acknowledging the total donated and list of donors.

Online PD

A variety of courses available online for teachers. Earn CPE credits from the comfort of your own home in 3-5 hours.

Aggie STEM’s Online PD Series was launched in early 2014 and has become increasingly popular. We are continually expanding our series of courses to meet the needs and requirement of teachers in Texas and across the country.

Currently, there have been more than 350 course completions. Here are a few comments from participants in the online PD series:

“Great resources and explanation.”

“This project gives students ownership to their own learning while reviewing concepts we have been learning in class. I also like how I can collaborate with other teachers (science and social studies) to turn this into a very meaningful assignment to show students how all the areas are cross-related.”

“This has really made me think about what/how I teach!”

If you have a PD need that you do not see here, please contact us at 979-862-4665 or aggiestem@tamu.edu.
