A special thank you to Sandy and Mike Wilkinson for our new 3D printers that will be utilized by Aggie STEM Summer Camp students. This new technology will enhance the class experience for our campers and elevate the content level instructed.

International STEM Camp

Aggie STEM International Summer Camp June 1-8, 2019

Are you looking for an academically challenging program that provides an international experience to enhance your college application? Join the Aggie STEM Summer Camp as they go abroad!

In June of 2019, Aggie STEM will be hosting an international STEM camp in Cardiff, Wales.  The students will meet Aggie STEM in Houston, TX and fly together as a group, unless other arrangements have been approved. The students will engage with Welsh students throughout the week in various STEM activities and projects. During their time in Wales, students will engage in civil engineering, ocean ecology, physics, mathematics, and many other STEM project-based learning activities. Historic architecture and points of interest in southern Wales will be the focus of all projects.

This program is for rising 11th and 12th grade students for Fall 2019 that are preparing for college. The preliminary itinerary can be found below. Registration will open October 15, 2018 and close January 14, 2019*. The cost of the trip is $2,000 (price includes housing, meals, and camp activities) plus airfare and transfers of $1,674**. A $200 deposit will be collected upon registration.
