Aggie STEM has partnered with the Clinical Learning Resource Center for specialized STEM instruction in the healthcare field.
Note: Classes vary and are based on professor and lab availability. Sample classes and activities from previous residential camps are given as examples.

Experts at the Clinical Learning Resource Center at Texas A&M University are partnering with Aggie STEM to provide students unique learning experiences within the healthcare fields. Their camps are primarily geared toward students entering 9th-12th grade for the 2021-2022 school year with an interest in healthcare professions. A sample schedule for this camp can be found here.
Registration Requirements:
- Basic Camp Registration
- Write a 400-600 word essay describing your interests in the health professions field, what you hope to learn by participating in the program, and what you feel you can contribute should you be selected as a participant. Essays that detail your lifetime awards and honors are not appropriate. Please include an honest and compelling story about why you want to spend a week away from your family and friends to participate in camp and how your participation will make a difference in your life.
- Three letters of recommendation from (preferably) STEM teachers that can attest to not only your aptitude but of your motivation, maturity, and independence. A re-stating of your accomplishments is not helpful. Please also ask them to include their phone number and an e-mail address at which they may be contacted.
Documents can be uploaded to the registration site after basic registration has completed.
Registration will open January 27, 2021 at 8:00 AM CST for the general public.
If you were accepted to the Aggie STEM Honors Program, Health Professions Program, or Advancing into STEM camps (one week, two week, and veterinary medicine) for 2020 AND opted for automatic acceptance and voucher for 2021, no additional documents are required! You will be sent a personalized code at the beginning of January for your voucher amount. Follow the link for registration beginning on January 25th, then fill out the required fields, and enter this code on the payment page. If you do not receive this code by January 15, please email your voucher to aggiestem@tamu.edu.
